Deflake multiprocess, reload, and signal supervisor tests These failed intermittently on free-threaded CI (3.14t): - reload tests: watchfiles reports canonical paths, but the fixture's temp dir was unresolved (/tmp vs /private/tmp on macOS), so path comparisons never matched and the watcher polled until timeout. Resolve the fixture root. - test_multiprocess_health_check: ping() read from a killed worker's broken pipe, raising EOFError/UnpicklingError. Treat a broken pipe as not-alive. - test_sigint_abort_req: the cancel-task log was asserted before the graceful shutdown timeout elapsed. Wait for the message instead.
